HAWAII (OAHU) DAY #3
Last day on Oahu
Last day on Oahu
So sad
Because Sunday was our last day on Oahu and we wanted to fit in as much in as possible, we found the earliest Church we could go to.
8:00am
perfect church time if I do say so myself
I would even go as early as 7:00am if it were an option
You can hate me for saying that.
I don't care
Before we hit up church too hang out with the Wakiki tourists bedazzled all up with their lei's and flowered hair pieces, we first had to get a picture of what Clayton and Bryson had been doing for the last 3 days.
Lego's
How many people do you know that go to Hawaii to play with Lego's?
How could anyone say "no" to Bryson!?! He is just too cute.
Although I'm pretty sure Clayton enjoyed the Lego building a little bit more than Bryson, since I would come in the room a few times and see Clayton hard at work building and Bryson was nowhere to be seen.
After Church we headed back over to the North Shore to see Marc, Echo and family. It was so great to catch up with them and they were so nice to feed us an awesome Easter lunch...and Ice Cream (they know the loves of my heart)
After lunch we took a walk on the beach to the Alligator Pond. On the way we saw this sign. 3 points and a pat on the back if you know what it means (the card board sign below the guard dog sign)
Lovely (minus my ugly mug) group photo that I swiped from Echo's blog (muchos gracias Echo!)
Look closely and you can see the (rock) alligator behind us
FUN FACT: did you know that my eyes are closed in 96% of pictures we take?
Once we left the North Shore we headed back to town for another fabulous feast at Jodie and Marc's family's house. They are always to nice to welcome these Haole strangers into their home. Unfortunately the dog wasn't as welcome. Pretty sure he wanted to kill us.
And thus ended Dia Numero 3
A big thank-you to all those people who were able to visit with us on such short notice.
And a big sorry to all those we wanted to see, but just didn't have enough time to do so.
Please know that we love you and will see you next year!
