Anxious to start off our Bear Lake trips for the summer (although it isn't quite summer yet), Clayton and I drove up to the lake on Saturday. The water wasn't as cold as I thought it would be (that isn't saying much for Bear "always freezing" Lake). We hung out on the beach for a while and then headed home. On the way home we decided to hike the Limber Pine trail. The trail is fairly short, but offers some pretty views of Bear Lake.
Clay-to-the-ton: If you go on this hike at just the right time, you will also catch breathtaking views of me...

The tree behind me is what the hike is all about. It is a really, really old Limber Pine.

Not real sure Clayton wanted his picture taken!
