So I googled "Songs about Summer" and this is what Billboard names as its

Some noteworthy summertime activities include...
LEMONADE STANDS
Couldn't resist this cute face although he ripped me off with a half a cup of Lemonade instead of a full cup. But I ended up complaining and got a refill for no extra charge. Guess it helps that I'm related to him.
SWIMMING
Clayton and I kidnapped Tydon and took him to the Logan Aquatic Center
Clayton was happy about this because he got to spend a lot of time in the water. Usually I get cold after about 5 minutes and make him get out with me. However, I did not get cold this day. It was probably because we spent a great deal of our time in the Kiddie pool which is composed of...
15% H2O
10% Chlorine
75% Kiddie Pee
Luckily for Tydon, I didn't spend all of my money at the Lemonade Stand and had enough money to splurge and buy the him some awesome green goggles
Tydon decided to work on his tan to impress all the preschool chicks next year. Note that he took off the googles so he wouldn't get any tan lines.
I was really curious to see how Tydon was in the water since his near death experience last year
(you can read about that on Rachel's blog HERE)
He did AWESOME! He was a little uneasy at first to put his head in, but he totally loosened up after a bit. Pretty sure those green goggles gave him magic powers.
Tydon also informed me of the following
(I'm starting to feel like such a mommy blogger)
HEIDI: Tydon, when you grow up what do you want to be?
TYDON (without hesitation): Skunk killer!
huh???
TYDON: People with out kids are boring.
HEIDI: Am I boring? I don't have kids?
TYDON: No you are not boring because you have kids.
HEIDI: Who?
TYDON: Me
cool!
TYDON: When you eat a lot you get fat. When you get fat a baby grows in your belly.
He told me that his mom told him that. Sounds like a mom's way of getting out teaching her 4 year-old about the birds and the bees.
Our new restaurant this weekend was
LA TORMENTA
Eating at a place where the name sounds a lot like Torment? Ya I was skeptical too.
Tamales
Quesadilla, Enchilada, Taco
Torta
This place was super cheap (hence ALL the food)
I wasn't big on the Pork Tamales. The Mole & Pork were like mush.
The Torta was muy bueno.

So cool that you took Tydon swimming and bought him some green googles! I am glad he is not afraid of the water anymore. It looks like all of you had fun. Ty is such a cutie and you guys are good to him and kace. As far as how babies come, well I won't touch that one! Too funny!
Sooooo glad Summer is finally here!! You guys are such good a Aunt and Uncle!! {Isn't being an Auntie the BEST?! We get to love them and spoil them - then when they get tired and ornery {or poopy} we give them back to mom and dad!}
P.s. The story of where babies come from is HILARIOUS!!!
HAHAHHAHHAAH. I love kids. They say the greatest things. Nice parenting Rachie. ;) jk. I love all those songs...minus their #1. I hate that sucker.
I DID NOT tell him that. He makes things up. It was nice of you to take him swimming. He talks of it constantly.
You got the wrong things at La Tormenta (which, fyi, mean 'the storm', not 'the torment', hehehehe...... but go back and get the meal called Bisteq (bees take) ranchero w/ corn tortillas (they'll ask, flour or corn, CORN)...... it's basically a lbunch of chopped up asada, w/ all the fixins to make killer soft tacos, and w/ a little lime and green sauce....oh my goodness, just thinking about it makes me hungry! Also just getting tacos is good, with a little squeeze of lime and some of their green sauce they bring to the table...... AWESOME.... no gringo food at tormenta, it's not the place for gringos! :)
You guys will be awesome parents!!!
