CHRISTMAS DAY EXTRAVAGANZA
It is a loooong one.
You HAVE been warned.
I think I took 9,058 pictures.
Ready?
Set?
GO...
So I fell asleep pretty good on Christmas Eve (although at the late hour of 11:00), but around 3am I woke up for a much needed potty break and because of pure excitement I couldn't fall back asleep. Clayton on the other hand woke up for a 2am potty break and fell back asleep only to wake back up around 330am. Seeing how we were both awake I made the hard decision to go downstairs and open presents.
I really treasure our Christmas mornings...just the two of us.
One of the things Clayton got me were these sweatshirts. He like them so much that he ordered two of them in a size just a little larger than what I normally wear so we could "share" them.
Funny stuff.
Pardon the 4am-no makeup picture
Later we got ready and headed to Tremonton to attend church with the family. Jared and Jessica's kids (ages 4, 5, 11, 13) decided to open gifts after church. I know, right!?! Kids wanting to WAIT to open presents? Impressive.
Have I mentioned how much Clayton loves this dog? Sometimes I get jealous.
After church and present opening at the Woodward's we headed back to Nana and Poppy's for lunch and more present opening.
I won't reveal the cost but we got 3 suits (1 Ralph Lauren, 1 Calvin Klein and another one that I can't remember the brand of) for the Stake President for an amazing deal. Like killer deal. Like you can't by one suit for the price that we got all three suits for.
Shira, Jessica, Harry, Clayton
Not sure what is going on here. Just remember that I was living off of 4 hours of sleep and had absolutely no control over my actions.
Later in the afternoon we headed over to Rachel and Nate's to see what the boys got. I think this was one of Clayton's favorite sights this Christmas. We walked into their house and here was Nate sharpening his samurai sword.
Kace just loved the Justin Beiber poster we got for him. The excitement is just pouring out in his facial expression. FYI it was a gag gift. The kid hates the Beibs (smart boy) and Taylor Swift. He (thankfully) loved the Spy kit we gave him.
Brandon drew Clayton's name this year and got him some pretty sweet stuff. For instance these Lord of the Rings pez dispensers.
Clayton loves LOVES Lord of the Rings. Me? Not so much. Right now there LOTR pez dispensers are watching over the Baby Jesus by our Nativity scene.
About a year ago Clayton thought up this awesome shirt idea. Brandon (with mostly Rachel's help...ok all Rachel's help) made it come to life.
Brandon also wanted to make Clayton a Lord of the Rings Speedo. Surprisingly there are no LOTR Speedos on the Internet. He purchased a speedo and pasted some pictures on it. He claims that he is going to get them ironed on, but we will see if that actually happens or not.
I got an Indian shirt. Fitting since I am Native American.
Most years Clayton draws Nate's name. He always comes up with creative ways to give him his donuts. This year he purchased a bear from the D.I., took the stuffing out and filled it with the boxed donuts. Then the "Great White Hunter" (aka Nate) had to kill it and gut it.
We three girls got these USU shirts. I just now noticed little Ty guys face in this photo. Cute.
Speaking of Ty guy...he was so excited to get "paper" money from Grandma Andrew that he ripped it trying to get it out of the envelope.
One of the things mom and pops gave us were these new snorkels. Perfect because we will be using them very soon.
By the end of the night 5 of us had the SUCKS shirts. I think we are going to have more made so if you are interested let me know.
Ahhhh...I love Christmas. So sad it is over and the withdrawals are setting in. Not sure when I will ever take down my Christmas tree and decorations. The very thought of it makes me want to cry.
THANKS TO BOTH FAMILIES FOR EVERYTHING THIS CHRISTMAS. WE LOVED EVERY SECOND OF OUR TIME WITH YOU!!!

I LOVE Christmas!! Had so much fun being with the fam! You are all awesome! Can't wait to see Clayton in his new speedo when we go to Hawaii....or...maybe not! Love you all!
Yes, we're interested in the shirts! Either tell Kami to give them to me for my bday in May, or better yet, to Troy in March. OR...Clayton can get them to us as his newest clients, under the table of course. Speaking of that...I don't know that we ever took care of that. hmm
BWAHAHAHAHA!! The samuri sword is HILARIOUS!! That's gotta be the best picture! I LOVE that you guys got up at 3:30 to open presents! And I also LOVE that Clayton bought the sweaters in a size up so you could share - HAHA!
Merrry Christmas!!
P.s. Since Kace doesn't want the Beib poster - can I have it? Not sure how Michael would feel about it hanging in our bedroom though :)
