HAWAII - DAY #4
Day #4 was Sunday.
Sunday = church.
We attended church at the ward we usually we do when we are in Hawaii...Lanakila Ward. It is one of the wards Clayton served in when he was a missionary here. Jodie, Bryson and Kaimi were nice enough to come with us.
Clayton and Bryson
I need a church bag like Bryson's
After church we headed to the North Shore to visit more friends. On the way we stopped at Turtle Beach for a picnic lunch. No turtles on the beach today.
We also stopped by the Temple for the usual picture and to see the work they have done on the Temple. Last time we were in Hawaii (2008) they were just getting ready to close it for 2 years for maintenance work and stuff. I'm kinda sad we didn't delay our trip a bit because in a week or so they are opening it up again for an open house and re dedication.
After that we stopped by to see our good friends Marc and Echo and their cute kids Adelaide and Gideon. Pretty sure that either they need to move to Utah or we need to move to Hawaii. Sorry guys next time or visit won't be a surprise!Lastly we caught up with the Reyes family. Nikki was nice enough to get a chocolate haupia pie for us. Soooooo good. Clayton also learned that night that Nikki's boyfriends name is Edrick not Edwin. We had been practicing that too.
And that pretty much sums up day #4.
