SUCK BLOOD

Clayton surprised me with tickets to Twilight a few weeks ago. I know, I know what a good husband I have.

Movie theaters in Logan need to step it up a bit...and I'm not talking about scraping the popcorn and milk duds off of the soda pop covered floor. I'm talking about the art of assigned seating. In school I hated it (being an Andrew I was always at the front of the class), on the bus I hated it (yes we did have assigned seats), but in the movie theater...genius! Seriously Logan learn from the SLC. If we didn't arrive 2 HOURS early to the movie we wouldn't have gotten good seats.

Things I learned in my 2 hours of sitting on the floor
1. I don't miss high school...at all! Not even a little bit. Nope.
2. Body odor etiquette lacks in the 12-18 year olds. Ever tried smelling BO for 2 hours!?!
3. I actually envied a lady in a wheelchair.
4. giggles and high shrills can really bring on a headache (if headache isn't already induced by BO).
5. My husband has vampire teeth. seriously he does.
6. Stadium 8 walls need to be repainted.
7. Clayton's idea of having a conversation is starting one conversation over and over again ("what do you want to eat tomorrow?" five minutes later "what do you want to eat tomorrow?" repeat for 2 hours) bless his heart.
8. My temper can flare if it looks like someone is about to cut in line and Clayton will throw punches.
9. I need food every 1.5 hours.
10. The "Gothic" look is not an attractive look.
11. If you don't bring a magazine that talks about Robert Pattison or Twilight to read while waiting you are NOT COOL.
12. My husband loves me more than yours because he was one of the ONLY guys in the theater. Love ya C-diddy.
I liked the movie. Not sure that I loved it. I think that I could have loved it if ...
1. girls didn't shrill, clap, cheer, and scream after every little thing. Is there a need to cheer when edward opens the car door. no. All the noise made the movie even more cheesy.
2. special effects were done better.
3. edward didn't wear so much lipstick. seriously not attractive.
4. the relationship between bella and edward was developed more. i know, i know they only had two hours to do it.
Believe me I did really like the movie. I want to see it again (without the foul smelling, constant cheering teenagers) and buy it when it comes to video (hint, hint). As for Clayton, he liked it! In fact his exact words were "that was really good." As always though the books are way better than the movie. Watching it made me want to re-read them all over again....and again...and again...
CLAYTON'S VAMPIRE TEETH (see I told you so)...

US BORED...WAITING...WAITING...WAITING... CLAYTON AND ALL THE TWILIGHT OBSESSED GIRLS (see their magazines???)... Keeping on the movie theme, Clayton made me a promise on Sunday... If he watched 21 Hallmark Channel Christmas shows with me then I have to watch ALL of the Lord of the Rings extended editions with him...AWAKE (that is key). It will be tough but a sacrifice I am willing to make.

What a very nice husband you have. Nope! I haven't seen twilight yet, but still want too. Don't think I could've sat on the floor for two hours waiting and waiting though. Oh...by the way....you're welcome to come over and watch all the Hallmark movies with me and dad, but I'm not going to watch all the Lord of the Ring movies, but I'll bet Brandon will. Love you guys

You have such a great husband. I have been blog hoping looking at all the twilight posts and not one. Repeat NOT ONE husband was there. Im happy to see you are back in the swing of posting. I was becoming frightened that you were still on vacation.

I have to brag and say... oh yes, my hubby took me also, and he also was about the only man in the theater, and he too liked it. Course, add a vampire to ANYTHING and John's stoked.

I'll bring treats to the hallmark movies.
Too bad twilight was sold out because I wanted to go (I didn't say nate did, now did I)

I agree with you on the movie. I liked it but they really needed to spend more time on their relationship and not try to move through the movie so quickly.

I love that pic. of all the teens sitting on the floor with their magazines. When I went it was nothing like your experience. How funny that the girls were screaming at Edward. I love it.
