After Seven Peaks we...
July 18th and July 23rd will forever be imprinted into my memory.
So there I was...It was July 18th and we were hanging out at the rents. Dad was talking about our upcoming family trip in September (aka excuse to see BYU play somewhere other than Utah) to Colorado. He proceeded to tell me that we would be staying in Centennial, Colorado. I immediately opened up the laptop and got on the Yogurtland website. Imagine my excitement to see that out of the two Yogurtland's in Colorado there was one in Centennial. Now imagine my excitement as my eyes scroll down the list of states and see UTAH! What the??? Please note that I am a freak and check this website weekly in hopes that one day there will be one in Utah. Disappointment comes weekly with the absence of UTAH. I clicked on Utah to check on the location expecting to be disappointed further by seeing and "coming soon" next to the store location. Guess what! There was no "coming soon". It was already open! I wanted to cry I was so happy. If it hadn't had been a Sunday I would have drove straight there. The rest of the night and the next few days that was all I could think about.

Obsessed - CHECK!
We planned on going to YL after Seven Peaks on July 23rd. The drive to Jordan Landing from Provo seemed 5 hours long (but that could have been because of the worst light ever that took 3 of those 5 hours). I was so excited my seatbelt could barely contain me when I saw the beloved white, green and pink "YOGURTLAND" sign.
When we got there this dude asked us if we had ever been to Yogurtland before. Ummm...duh....only a billion times in California, Arizona, and Hawaii! (Side Note: once in CA Clayton and I went to YL before we went to the beach and then again after the beach...low fat remember!) Come to find out that this "dude" was the owner. He told us that he has exclusive rights to Utah and has to open up EIGHT stores in three years. He told us that he was thinking of opening up a store in Logan and asked us our recommendations for a location. Then he gave us 10% off our orders. It. Was. Awesome. To make it even cheaper YL is only $0.30/oz which is 8 cents an oz cheaper than anywhere else we had found in Utah.
We were all so excited about YL and Utah that no one complained when I told them to cheer in this cheesy picture below. Except Kace who is pulling a classic "Nate face" and Tydon who doesn't seem to understand what is going on.

Yipppyyyy Yahoooooo! Yogurtland here we come! Love that there is one in Utah. Before the first BYU game this is a must! Before and possibly after the Air Force game, this is a must! So glad you found that website! Now...if we can just talk that owner into one in Logan. Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! Love it
Remember how the other day Laura and I were walking in the Gateway and there was a yogurt shop ($.41 oz)(saw through the window) and Laura said, "remember how Heidi and Clayton love frozen yogurt?"
Yes, I remembered. And I'm stoked. And I'll will be visiting this location this week.
PS I'm glad that Tracie is going to work with you. Just another excuse to be your friend. Can I have a job there? I need some extra motivation to work out. As if health and eternal happiness isn't enough. Wow. This is super long. Hey remember that time we went to Cafe Sabor? And remember that other time that your sister married my brother?
I think that's all.
Wow-I am actually excited too! But you do realize that my hopes are already up about it coming to Logan....I hope you persuaded this man to choose Logan.....
LOVED IT! I especially loved ALL the tart FLAVORS!
