Rumor has it that there is a pit partway up Trenton hill (which is a very, very small mountain - hence the name "hill") which is filled with water and is bottomless. Some say that scuba divers have even been in the pit and couldn't find the bottom.
Saturday, Clayton and I took the 4 wheeler out in search of this "bottomless pit."
It's pretty creepy at the pit. I mean someone could throw dead bodies in there and no one would know. Except for maybe the guys in China since the pit has NO BOTTOM.
Pretty sexy orange helmet, huh!

That's crazy... I remember hearing about that pit too... Wow it really is there. Spooky!
Sorry to destroy the mystery but growing up by the pit my siblings and I definitely had to find out how deep was, and it's not that deep. I still think it's a creepy place though. Be so glad Anna Bakers crazy son didn't come freak out at youfor "trespasing". I had that happen once. I thought he was going to throw us into the pit to never be seen again.
Ah ha! Mystery solved. I bet you don't want to see for yourselves how deep it is, do you? Anyway, it looks deep and scary. Glad you didn't fall in. Also, love the helmet....where is yours....Heidi???

what! never heard of that! next time, get a big rock tied to a rope (long one!) and see how far it goes...now i am all curious! oh, and hold the rope!
